Additional Statement of Fishmeal Production Line Supply

Terms of payment:
1. 30% T/T advanced payment.
2. 70% T/T before loading machines at our factory.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: 65 days from advanced payment received.
It needs 5pcs 40HQ to load one 40 Ton line (without boiler, installation material and installation
tools).
Infrastructure work:
Includes:
Workshop and office construction, water supply, steam supply, power supply, ditch, ground
leveling and foundation of main machine.
1. The seller shall provide detailed information of layout drawing and equipment foundation drawing
7days after receiving the advanced payment.
2. The buyer does infrastructure work according to the drawing supplied by seller.
3. Before installation, the buyer shall finish all infrastructure work.
4. Before installation, the buyer must finish power supply. 100T: 200KW
5. All needed work outside the workshop will be done by buyer. For example: electricity route from
transformer station into workshop, water pipe into workshop, steam pipe into workshop.
Power conditions:
Our equipment quotation is based on 3phase 380V 50Hz. If the buyer has special request, we will
renew this quotation.
Installation:
1. 100T: For supervision installation, the buyer pays for 2 technicians and 1 interpreter traveling cost,
3meals/day, accommodations and pay their subsidy USD100/8hour/person. Normal installation
period for 100T fishmeal plant is 90days.
2. Our 2 technicians only guide fishmeal production line erection, commissioning and trial production.
3. The buyer shall prepare another 15-20 non-skilled manpower supporting our installation workers.
4. The buyer shall pay 3 meals and accommodations for installation workers:
USD100/person/8hours.
5. The buyer shall prepare 100KW power source, water supply, oxygen and acetylene, crane and so
on.
Note:
1) If the installation work postponed cause from bad weather, the buyer has to pay for extra
charges.
2) If the buyer decides to buy installation materials and tools from local market, the seller will
provide detailed information.
Life time of the machine:
1. Under proper use and good maintenance, this plant can be run for more than 10 years.
2. Carbon conveyer can be used for 3-4years.
3. Stainless steel conveyer can be used for 10 years.
4. We will provide 1 year spare parts. The spare parts replacement period is according to the
production situation. Spare parts list can be provided after the buyer confirms purchasing order.
Factory area:
Around 280m2 area is needed for one 100T/24h fish meal plant and fish oil plant (L*W=19m*15m),
storage yard of raw material and finished product is not include in this area. Workshop height is

about 5m except double efficiency concentration system, height of it is 13m at least, area of it is 25
m2 (L*W=5m*5m). The double efficiency concentration system can be installed outside of the plant,
if little rain fell of the year on your location.
Certificate:
We can provide ISO certificate.
Support stuffs:
1. Power supply: 200KW for 100T.
2. Fishmeal production line doesnt need compressed air.
3. It needs steam for cooker and dryer. 1 set of 4 ton/h boiler. (Steam consumption for cooker:
around 1200Kg/h, steam consumption for dryer: around 1600Kg/h, steam consumption for pipes:
around 1200Kg/h). In our layout drawing, there is no boiler room. It is very necessary to have a boiler
room, and it should be more than 10m away from the workshop.
4. Cooling Water:
In case the Factory be little far from sea, so, in this case use of fresh water for cooling applications
client need to prepare 250 M3 circulation water pool to store fresh water for one 100 Ton fish meal
line. Pool should be full during the process and it must change 100m3 fresh water at least per day. It
needs one 150m3/hour cooling tower for one 100 Ton fish meal line. Cooling tower can be put on the
cooling water pool. Finial position depends on the installation situation and factory layout.
Labors and manpower:
Required to operate one 100 Ton line is about 6-10persons for one shift.
