2012:
Would it be possible to avoid rural lanes which need to be bridged having
motorway style safety barriers when re-opened?
This could be discussed with the local highways authority. HS2 did
confirm that they had no desire to build motorway barriers on a road
classed as category C. This is an issue that could be discussed in the
Planning Forum.
