    Savoury Impossible Pie

    3 eggs
    cup plain flour
    salt, pepper
    1 cup milk
    60g melted marg

    Add any of following chopped onion, chopped bacon, celery, carrot, mushroom tomato, salmon, parsley, etc.
    Mix all ingredients with fork. Pour into greased pie plate. Top with 1 cup grated cheese and bake at 180oC for
    hour till firm.
