Drought conditions return to parts of Utah

A large swath of Utah extending from the northern Wasatch Front into the central and south-central parts of the state is
abnormally dry, according to the U.S. Department of Agricultures drought monitor. The water year that began Oct. 1, 2015, also
shows below-normal conditions in four north-central Utah water drainages.
