How to convert files to PDF using 2007 Microsoft Office Add-in (Microsoft Save as PDF)

(Microsoft Office Add-in allows you to export and save MS Office files to PDF format).

1) Open your MS Office file & click Office button

2) Click Save As and choose PDF or XPS.

- If the option not highlighted proceed to step 5.a) Add-in PDF.

3) Rename the file or click

5.a) Browse G:\WINNT4\Support\Other Installer\Add in PDF\.
5.b) Double-click file SavaAsPDFandXPS.exe, then close all Office and reopen.
