    What is PBIS?
    PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is a
    systematic approach to school-wide discipline based on the
    implementation of research-based practices and data-driven
    decision making in order to improve school climate and
    culture.

    Goal (Foundational Shifts)


    Positive, Proactive, and Preventative
    Focus adult behavior in order to change student behavior
    Ongoing Reflection Why? What is the function of the
    behavior?

    How Do We Drive Our Decisions?


    The Peabody PBIS committee utilizes monthly discipline data
    and feedback from school staff, students and parents to drive
    decisions that are made regarding the school-wide behavior
    management model.
