Customer caught the 168 from stop T3 Grenfell St scheduled at 17:12 28/04/15

#899. The bus was packed, it was late and the inspector came on to check
tickets which was difficult while the bus was so packed. The driver even missed a
stop which was requested. Customers main complaint was that the 167 and 168
buses are very often late. She also had some suggestions relating to tonights
incident. She would like it if the driver apologised when he was late and/or gave
a reason. She also suggests that if possible this service could be a double bus.
