TheMainMenucontainstheprimaryANSYSfunctions,organizedbypreprocessor,solution,general
postprocessor,designoptimizer.Itisfromthismenuthatthevastmajorityofmodellingcommandsare
issued.ThisiswhereyouwillnotethegreatestchangebetweenpreviousversionsofANSYSandversion
7.0.However,whiletheversionsappeardifferent,themenustructurehasnotchanged.
e.GraphicsWindow
TheGraphicWindowiswheregraphicsareshownandgraphicalpickingcanbemade.Itisherewhere
youwillgraphicallyviewthemodelinitsvariousstagesofconstructionandtheensuingresultsfromthe
analysis.
2.OutputWindow
TheOutputWindowshowstextoutputfromtheprogram,suchaslistingofdataetc.Itisusuallypositioned
behindthemainwindowandcandeputtothefrontifnecessary.
