Hayoung Yoo. I had an opportunity to work with Ms. Yoo at Grace
Summer School this past summer.
Ms. Yoo has an exemplary work ethic combined with keen interpersonal
skills, and an understanding of curriculum and instructional strategies.
While working with her, I have observed her class actively participating
and engaging in various researched based learning activities. Ive
observed her using differentiated instruction and implementing
Common Core Standards in all the lessons. She taught lessons
integrating visuals and hands-on activities combined with student
collaboration and critical thinking. Ms. Yoo demonstrated good
classroom management, giving students positive reinforcements. She is
efMicient, thorough, and well organized. She gets along with other
teachers and is always willing to assist others when needed.
She has a strong commitment to the teaching profession with many
strengths and creativity in lesson delivery, quick learning of students
needs, different ways to develop rapport, Mlexibility and caring attitude
for students. Her professionalism includes excellent communication
skills, passion for teaching, creativity, enthusiasm, and punctuality.
Ms. Yoo is a wonderful educator, who is dedicated to helping students
succeed and reMlects high standard in every aspect. She would be an
