    Traffic Unit #1 (Hit and Run) was travelling southbound on N Holly St in


    the 1200 block and struck Traffic Unit # 2 (Bicycle) from behind at an
    unknown speed and then proceeded to flee the area in an unknown direction.

    Traffic Unit # 2 Stated "It was a Gray Honda Accord. "
