: The welding process may generate significant concentrations of carbon monoxide and nitrogen
oxides. Ozone may also be generated during the welding process. Under normal and expected
conditions of use, it is not expected that exposures will reach or exceed the mandated OSHA
Short Term Exposure Limit. Steel products contain trace or residual amounts of several
