Over that time, he has continually grown and impressed me with his knowledge and skills in the classroom. He is organized, confident and comfortable in the classroom, Kyle conducts himselfin a very professional manner and has handled even difficult situations beautifully. Kyle is a teal team player. | have felt that this experience has been more ofa team teaching one- rather than me directing Mr. Roberts. He has gone above and beyond. my expectations. Kyle is always prepared and has a positive attitude. I would say that one of Kyle's best attributes is that builds great rapport with the students. Kyle is approachable and has a great sense of humor. He contributes to the school community on a greater scale serving as the assistant J.V. Basketball coach. He has the ability to make meaningful connections with kids on the court and in the classroom. ‘Mr. Roberts is open to suggestions, and really wants to perform well. 1 feel that any school would be lucky to have him. | cannot say enough good things about Kyle. Iwill try to do everything in my power to get him a job with us here at Gull Lake High School. Any school would be lucky to have him. | know that Kyle will do great things and be a great teacher.
