To Whom It May Concern:

As a pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, I have known Matt Bean for 3 years.
Since I have been at Calvary Baptist Church, Matt has involved himself in many of the aspects
of the local church ministry.
Matt has a wonderful ability to connect with children in our educational ministries and it is here
that his creative and engaging talents shine through. He is able to relate to students in a large
group and he is very flexible when he is required to rework his teaching material when there
has been an unforeseen change to the program. Our children love him and enjoy the way he
uses His gifts and abilities to teach them.
Matt also serves our church in the leadership capacity of an Elder. His wisdom, clear thinking
and love for people of all ages is demonstrated through his service in this role. Matt is also
active in our worship ministries through using his vocal and technical talents.
I have always found Matt to be dependable, reliable, hard-working and courteous. His love for
Christ is demonstrated in his service to Jesus Christ and the Church.
I would highly recommend him for any position that he is seeking.
