    Helper Confrontation Scale

    Level 1: Ineffective challenge due to overlooking discrepancy or overly harsh.

    Level 2: Helper points out the discrepancy.

    Level 3: Direct confrontation. Points out inconsistency, challenges client to resolve the
    inconsistency, while protecting clients self-esteem.
