This is an appeal from a denial by the district court of a motion under 28 U.S.
C. Sec. 2255 to vacate sentence and set aside a judgment.
Thereafter, appellant himself filed the Sec. 2255 motion with the district court
claiming, inter alia, that he had been denied his right of direct appeal because of
Overruled on another issue, Kaufman v. United States, 394 U.S. 217, 89 S.Ct.
1068, 22 L.Ed.2d 227 (1969)
Appellant's present counsel was appointed by this court under the Criminal
Justice Act. If appellant desires to file a motion to recall the mandate he may
wish to apply to this court for the appointment of his present counsel for that
purpose
