Duties and Responsibilities:

Resolve Customer complaints regarding poor signal strengths, bad quality, muting, blocking.
Investigate and resolve subscribers network related complains.
Testing for sector swap through drive testing.
Identification for faulty TRX.
Drive Testing using TEMS 14 or above for dedicated mode, scan mode.
Perform BSC drives (dedicated and idle mode)
Perform Walk Test for Metros/Malls/Offices and Other Locations.
Checking Co scrambling code issues. Adding missing neighbours 3G-3G neighbours and
deleting the long neighbour.
Missing neighbours, Soft Handover using Drive Test Datas. Optimize to improve Ec/Io by
improving RSCP of dominant cells and reducing coverage (Interference) of less dominant
sectors through antenna Tilt changes and power changes, thus rectify the overshooting sector
issues.
Primary verification of Drive Data and taking necessary corrective measures, like Neighbour
addition and deletion and interfence analysis. Providing appropriate Tilts (Electrical/Mechanical)
to reduce the interference or improve the coverage
HSDPA and HSUPA drive testing for checking Networks Through Put.
