Know how to operate the Existing Mango Dryers: Far-Infrared
Radiation and Convection Heating (FIRCH).
Preserve mango for tomorrow drying.
2. Reflection from the Objectives
It will be not easy for the trainee to learn quickly how to operate
the existing mango dryers because he was only beginner here.
It is easier for the trainee to preserve mango because he has
background about it.
3. Accomplishment for the day
The adviser showed to the trainee how to operate the mango
dryers.
In preserving mango the adviser demonstrates to the trainee
how to peel and slice it correctly. He also showed to him how many
sugar are needed to mix on it. Afterwards he cooked it and mixed the
meth sulfite then preserve for 1 day.
4. Realization about the task
It will not be difficult to the trainee to operate mango dryers
even he is a beginner because it is only simple.
In preserving the trainee could easily done it but even it is also
simple it is laborious. He must wait a day before it preserved.

2. Reflection from the Objectives
The trainees do not know if his drying will be successful or not
because this is the first time he will dry.
It will be simple for the trainee to preserve the mango.
3. Accomplishment for the day
The trainee dried the mango within 8 hours in a day, 4 hours
with the Far-Infrared Radiation and 4 hours again with the Convection
Heating. In Far-Infrared Radiation every, dried it first for 9 minutes
then weigh in and let rest for 15 minutes and before put in again in
dryer weigh in first. Afterwards dried again for 3 minutes then weigh

It will become difficult to the trainee to learn how to welding
because he knew that the scarf welding is done by skilled person. He
also had no experience here.
3. Accomplishment for the day
The trainee goes to the shop then the workers there showed
him how the proper scarf welding is. They wore first their safety gears
like helmet, gloves and etc. before they start to scarf welding. The
trainee was practicing how to proper scarfs welding throughout the
day.
4. Realization about the task
It was not easy for the trainee to learn how to scarf welding
because he is only a beginner. He knew that it takes time and study
before
he

Before the trainee can fabricate properly he must be good in
welding. He will surely get a hard time for this work.
3. Accomplishment for the day
The trainee went back to the shop and practiced again how to
welding properly throughout the morning. In the afternoon, he
expended his time for practicing how to fabricate using excess iron in
the shop until the day end.
4. Realization about the task
The trainee improved his skill in scarf welding after he did a
practice again. He really needs to focus for him to have a properly
welding. The trainee needs also to be serious in fabrication even he
used only excess iron to improved his skill here. Fabrication is very
important especially when building a machine.
