1. Objectives
Have an actual drying of preserved mango using Existing
Mango Dryers.
Preserve mango for tomorrow drying.
2. Reflection from the Objectives
The trainees do not know if his drying will be successful or not
because this is the first time he will dry.
It will be simple for the trainee to preserve the mango.
3. Accomplishment for the day
The trainee dried the mango within 8 hours in a day, 4 hours
with the Far-Infrared Radiation and 4 hours again with the Convection
Heating. In Far-Infrared Radiation every, dried it first for 9 minutes
then weigh in and let rest for 15 minutes and before put in again in
dryer weigh in first. Afterwards dried again for 3 minutes then weigh
in and let rest again for 15 minutes and before put in again weigh in
first. Repeat until after 4 hours. While in Convection Heating, Dried it
every hour then weigh in before put it again in the dryer. Repeat until
after 4 hours also. The first trial is failed because the mango was
overcooked because it is so very near in the source of heat.
The trainee preserved again a mango for drying tomorrow.

4. Realization about the task

In drying mango the trainee needs to become serious
observance and focus on his work. Drying is not merely he needs a
long patience and diligence on drying here so the mango will be dry
