SHORTLY FOLKS ! FW: SMR to Ralph - Threat to Nuke & Toxic Chem Facilities

Ladies and Gentlemen:

 
Perhaps you have already READ my MAYDAY EIGHT since some alert people have
found either a nice storage area near Jacksonville for NEW TOYOTA MODELS FOR
THE UNITED NATIONS OR EMERGENCY CREWS TO USE or they are just getting
absorbed in this SPILL after over 34 days or so which still is not capped and STILL
NO LEAD BALLS ARE BEING INSERTED INTO THE BOP OR PIPE IN THE GROUND
SINCE THE RISER IS BENT.
 
My friend who communicates his frustrations with me, also REBUFFED and perhaps
written Off as an insane senile old man, rings extremely clear as not one call from
officials to verify or talk about anything while you have perhaps 350 RIGS out in the
GULF with questionable GE perhaps risers with no shutoffs or no check valves or
other protection so actually we are looking at a possibility that many of those rigs
could be damaged similarly and GULF area really start killing people.   Maybe the
President, Admiral Allen and Rear Admiral Landry will SEE those dots again and
UNCLE start investigating how many rigs have no check valves on critical
hydraulic fluid to those cute BOP;s plus no shutoff valves for ROV to turn shutting
down the flow from the deep wells.
 
We sent our MAYDAY EIGHT to get people thinking along with I hope the
Governments about issuing simple CB 40 Channel Radios for those mystery
convoys and bases to use rather than depending on cellular or expensive SAT
phones for State, County, City and other entities assisting like even AAA who will
be repairing those flat tires when  the proverbial AIR hits the fan on the Gulf.
People also need to prepare with stored water for 7 days along with food and zip
lock bags with important papers and ID’s PLUS insurance and perhaps money plus
clothes and toilet paper and soap plus toothbrush and meds to tide them over if
moved.
 
DO have someone call this individual and TALK with him for a few minutes then
you will determine he is NOT INSANE and super qualified to share with you his
expertise and knowledge plus fears involving ALL NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS IN
THE GULF AREA, especially those North of me in Florida.  TRY IT !
 
Thanks.  Mr. President KEEP your helicopter away from the rising clouds from the
spill plume over the site it could EXPLODE like another IXTOC 1 !   Say hello to

I have made repeated attempts to contact DHS, FEMA, FBI, or EPA to be fowarded to HatMat Officer on
Duty/Watch Commander to forward the following information to appropriate ageny or person who can be
responsive to potential emergency situation - credibly possible to occur at any of gulf coast 1) nuclear faclity or 2)
toxic chem manufacturing facility in those areas.

Scenario of Concern: would be as follows:

based on recent global seismic event recorded at USGS - worldwide - (graphs available) - confirmed event.
100% certainty.

if associated with recent "Monkeyfist" report of recent "explosions" recorded on webcam live feeds > which
indicate (estimate) 10 to 100 fold increase in rate of oil outflow (total volume / hour).

That will result in 10 to 100 fold increase in evaporative benzene released.

If, for whatever reason (inversion layer; wind patterns which concentrate fumes into plume....IF that were to occur
at any location....and that plume go into or over a 1) nuclear facility -if any exist near so coast? or 2) toxic chem
facility....IF that were to occur:

likely reaction for partial exposure: confusion....operations mistakes.

If people start passing out....others will abandon work stations in a panic.

that leaves dangerous machinery unattended.

Can easily result in Bophal class toxic-chemical disaster...here...and/or same occur independently...or
simultaneously...a Chernobyl class loss of containment.

It is critical to forsee this possibility...very credible in the upcoming days and weeks....depending on if "top shot"
works; and where oil/fumes emerge. That is where it will matter.

It would require, at minimum...having air-packs avilable to such facilities...to key personnel...to manage safe
shutdown, or other contingency.

It is no different that what would have to be done IF (hypothetical) someone reported toxic chem tanker
accident...very close to control room at Nuclear power station...could present personnel problems if overcome by
fumes - all personnel in area...if not region.

We are trying to convey urgency of the present situation.

It may require off planet assistance and intervention....

or ignore it...and risk what happens. All one can do is hope to inform others that they might understand..and take
sensible iniative on their own.
you can't make or force them to understand...or even care.

it's up to them.

If all this is ignored and allowed to happen...ignoring both solutions and options.....then where we are headed is
likely where we will all arrive...very soon.

I have solution to stop flow with 90%+ chance of success. Need basic info to compute credible solution. No one
contacted to date - other than Ralph - has responded with needed information to goto solution.

little wonder it has not been stopped in 30 days. How dumb does it get?
