We have found the Boston home you wanted. I am enclosing six photographs and a
floor plan. Here are the main details:

rooms (and powder room) on the first floor, and a utility room and playroom
(and lavatory) in the basementand a double garage.
The house is five years old and in very good condition. It has thermostat
controls both for heating (oil) and for air conditioning, although the latter
has never been installed. The house will need to be painted (about $1,500).
The asking price is $45,000, but I believe we could get the home for about
$42,500. It has a mortgage; the purchase could be financed with 20 percent
down.
