I humbly request for transfer to KOLEJ SAINS
KESIHATAN BERSEKUTU SUNGAI BULOH. I have my old
parents who are living in Selangor. My siblings are not with
them. My parents are on the medical grounds .It is my
responsibility to take care of them, their needs and their
undertakings. My invalid parents wholly dependent on me.
I reckon that you would consider me a transfer to
KOLEJ SAINS KESIHATAN BERSEKUTU SUNGAI BULOH. It
will be appreciable if madam look info my plights. I along with
