Cocktail Drinks

(Vodka Base)
Electric Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 jigger citron vodka
jigger blue curacao
2 once sour mix
12 ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated
beverage
1 lemon cut into wedge, for garnish
Add all ingredients to list
Directions
1. Fill a Collins glass with ice. Pour in vodka,
blue curacao and sour mix. Fill to the top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with lemon
wedge, and serve with straw.

Vodka Collins

Ingredients

1 jigger vodka
3 jigger sweet and sour mix
1 cup carbonated water
Add ice cubes
1 slice orange, for garnish
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

Direction:
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka and sweet and sour. Shake well, and
then strain into a tall glass full of ice. Fill the glass with carbonated water. Cut orange
slice into quarters.

2. On a cocktail sword, spear cherry first, then spear orange slice through the peel. Hang
sword from the rim of the glass, so that fruit is in the drink.

Rebecca's Rockin' Vodka Lemonade

Ingredients

12 ounce frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate


12 ounce vodka
1 lime

Directions
1. In a gallon pitcher prepare the lemonade concentrate
according to package instructions, replacing one can
of water with the vodka. Squeeze juice from one lime
into mixture. Pour over ice and serve.

Orange Cream Delight (Screwdriver)


Ingredients:
6 jigger orange juice
2 jigger vanilla flavored vodka
1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
1. Measure the orange juice and vodka into a shaker
and add a scoop of ice. Cover and shake until the
outside is frosty. Strain into a glass and serve.

Rainbow Shot
Ingredients:

jigger Blue Curacao


1 jigger Vodka

1 jigger Grenadine syrup


2 jigger Pineapple Juice

Directions:
1. In a shot glass, fill it half with pineapple juice. Add grenadine syrup and let it settle at the
bottom to create a reddish base. In a separate shot glass, mix vodka and blue curacao.
With a bar spoon, layer the mixture of blue curacao and vodka into the top of the
pineapple juice.

Pierced Fuzzy Navel

Ingredients:

1 jigger peach schnapps


1 jigger vodka
3 jigger orange juice
1 dash grenadine syrup
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
1. Pour the peach schnapps, vodka, orange juice into a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain
into a glass. Top with a splash of grenadine if you like.

The Sea Breeze Cocktail


Ingredients:

1 jigger Vodka
2 jigger Cranberry Juice
1 jigger Grapefruit Juice
1 cup ice cubes
Slice of lime wedge, for garnish

Direction:

1. In a high Ball glass with ice cubes, build all ingredient


together. Stir fast. Garnish with lime wedge.

Apple Martinis
Ingredients:

1 jigger apple schnapps


1 jigger vodka
2 jigger apple juice
Slice of apple, for garnish

Directions:
1. In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine apple
schnapps, vodka and apple juice. Mix well.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of
Granny Smith apple.

(Gin Base)
Singapore Sling Cocktail
Ingredients:

1 cup ice
1 jigger gin
jigger cherry-flavored brandy
jigger triple sec
jigger Benedictine liquer
4 jigger pineapple juice
jigger lime juice
grenadine syrup
1 slice fresh pine apple, for garnish

1 maraschino cherry
Directions
1. Fill a Collins glass with 1 cup ice and set aside in the freezer.
2. Combine gin, cherry-flavored brandy, triple sec, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice,
and grenadine in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain
into the prepared Collins glass.
3. Garnish with slice of pineapple and a cherry.

Tom Collins Cocktail


Ingredients:

1 cups ice
1 jigger gin
jigger lemon juice
1 jigger simple syrup
2 jigger club soda
1 lemon wedge

Directions
1. Fill a Collins glass with 1 1/2 cups ice, set aside in the freezer. Combine gin, lemon juice,
and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain
into the chilled Collins glass.
2. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Pink Lady Cocktail


Ingredients:

1 jigger gin
jigger applejack
1 jigger lemon juice
1 jigger grenadine syrup

1 egg white
1 cup ice cubes

Directions
1. Combine gin, applejack, lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
Cover and shake for 10 to 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice; cover and shake
until chilled. Strain into chilled wine glass.

(Rum Base)
Pina Colada Cocktail
Ingredients
2 jigger light rum
3 tablespoon cream of coconut
3 tablespoon crushed pineapple
2 cups ice

Directions
1. Combine rum, cream of coconut, pineapple,
and ice in a blender. Puree on high speed until smooth. Pour into chilled Collins glass
and serve with a straw.

Mai Tai Cocktail


Ingredients

1 cup ice
1 jigger light rum
1 jigger gold rum
orange curaracao liquer
jigger orgeat syrup
jigger lime juice
1 wedge pineapple, for garnish
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Directions
1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with 1 cup crushed ice.
Set aside in the freezer.
2. Combine light rum, gold rum, orange Curacao, orgeat, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the chilled old-fashioned glass.
Top with dark rum.
3. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

Dark 'n' Stormy Cocktail


Ingredients:

1 jigger dark rum


2 jigger ginger beer
1 cup ice cube

Directions
1. Combine rum and ginger beer in an old-fashioned
glass. Add ice and stir.

Blue Hawaiian Cocktail


Ingredients:

1 jigger lighr rum


1 jigger blue curacao liqueur
2 jigger pineapple juice
jigger cream of coconut

1 cup ice cube


1 pineapple slice
1 maraschino cherry

Directions
1. Combine rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup crushed ice in
blender. Puree on high speed until smooth. Pour into chilled highball glass.
2. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

Caribbean Rum Punch


Ingredients:

1 jigger lime juice


1 jigger simple syrup
1 jigger rum
3 jigger orange juice
2 dashes bitters
Freshly grated nutmeg
1 cup ice cube

Directions
1. In a pitcher, combine lime juice, simple syrup, rum and orange juice. Add a few dashes of
bitters and some grated nutmeg to taste. Serve chilled over ice.

Mojito

Ingredients:

teaspoon confectioner sugar


1 jigger lime juice
1 spring fresh mint, crushed
1 cup ice cube
1 jigger white rum
2 jigger water
1 spring fresh mint, for garnish

Directions
1. In a highball glass, stir together the confectioners' sugar and lime juice. Bruise the mint
leaves and drop into glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour in rum. Pour in carbonated
water to fill the glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

(Tequila Base)
Tequila Sunrise
Ingredients:

1 jigger Silver Tequila


4 jigger Orange Juice (better if fresh)
jigger Grenadine Syrup
1 jigger Lime (optional)

Direction:
1. In a tall glass with ice, Add the Tequila and
fill with Orange juice. If desired, add about 5
drops of lime juice and stir. Dash with Grenadine,
let it settle at the bottom to form that sunrise effect. Do not mix. Garnish with orange
slice and serve perfectly.

Beer Margaritas
Ingredients:

1 jigger limeade concentrate


1 jigger tequila
1 jigger water
1 jigger beer
1 cup ice cubes
1 wedge slice lime, for garnish

Directions
1. Pour limeade, tequila, water, and beer into a large
pitcher. Stir until well-blended, and limeade has melted. Add plenty of ice, and garnish
with lime wedges. Adjust with additional water, if needed.

Italian Amaretto Margarita


Ingredients:

2jigger amaretto liqueur, plus additional white sugar


4 jigger limeade concentrate
2 jigger tequila
cup orange juice
4 cups ice cubes

Directions
1. Dip the rims of 4 margarita glasses in amaretto,
then into sugar; set aside. Pour the limeaid, tequila, amaretto, orange juice, and ice into
the bowl of a blender. Puree until smooth, then pour into prepared glasses.

Blue lagoon margaritas


Ingredients:

2 jigger sour mix

1 jigger pineapple juice


1 jigger tequila
1 jigger blue curacao
jigger lime juice
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
1. Blend sour mix, pineapple juice, tequila, Blue
Curacao, lime juice, and ice together in a blender
until smooth

Margarita Cocktail
Ingredients:

1 jigger tequila
1 jigger orange flavored liquer
1 jigger lime juice
1 cup ice cube
1 slice lime wheel

Directions
1. Sprinkle salt on a small plate. Lightly wet the
rim of a cocktail glass or margarita glass with
a damp paper towel. Dip the moistened rim in
salt to coat. Set aside.
2. Combine tequila, orange-flavored brandy, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and
shake until chilled. Strain into a salt-rimmed cocktail glass or a salt-rimmed, ice-filled
margarita glass.

3. Garnish with a lime wheel.

(Whiskey Base)
Whiskey Sours
Ingredients:
3 jigger orange juice concentrate
1 jigger lemon concentrate
4 cups water
2 jigger whiskey
Cherry, for garnish
Orange wheel slice, for garnish
Directions
1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, stir together the orange juice concentrate, lemonade
concentrate and water until well blended. Stir in whiskey and garnish with maraschino
cherries and orange slices.

Whiskey Sidecar
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon white sugar
1 jigger whiskey
1 jigger orange liqueur

1 jigger lemon juice concentrate


1 cup ice cubes

1 lemon wedge, for garnish


Directions

1. Place sugar in a shallow bowl. Run lemon wedge around the rim of a glass. Dip rim into
sugar.

Shaggy's Manhattan
Ingredients:

1 jigger sweet vermouth


2 jigger bourbon whiskey
2 dashes bitters
Cherries, for garnish
1 cup ice cubes

Directions
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the sweet
vermouth and whiskey and splash on 2 dashes
of bitters. Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with a cherry and serve immediately

Manhattan Honeymoon

Ingredients:

2 jigger whiskey
1 jigger sweet vermouth
1 tablespoon honey
1 lemon half moon shape slice
1 cherry
1 dash bitters

Directions
1. Chill a martini glass in the refrigerator while
preparing cocktail.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add whiskey, vermouth, honey, and lemon 'half-moon.'
Cover and shake.
3. Place maraschino cherry in the chilled martini glass. Top cherry with a dash of bitters.
Strain cocktail over cherry.

Old Fashion Cocktail


Ingredients:

1 teaspoon water
1 dash bitters
2 jigger whiskey
1 lemon twist
1 cup ice cube
1 orange slice, for garnish
1 cherry, for garnish

Directions
1. Muddle sugar cube, water, and bitters in an old fashioned glass for 1 minute. Pour in
whiskey and stir for an additional minute. Squeeze the lemon twist over the glass and

drop it in. Add ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry; serve
with a swizzle stick.

Rum rickey cocktail


Ingredients:

2 dashes bitters
1 dash simple syrup
1 cup ice cube
1 jigger clear whiskey
jigger sour mix
1 jigger soda water

Directions
1. Place cherry, orange slice, bitters, and simple
syrup into highball glass; muddle. Fill glass with ice. Pour whiskey and sour mix into
glass. Cover glass with a shaker; shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Pour cocktail and
ice back into the highball glass; top with soda water.

The John Collins Cocktail


Ingredients:

1 jigger bourbon whiskey


1 jigger lemon juice
jigger simple syrup
2 cups ice cubes
1 jigger soda water
1 orange slice
1 lemon slice
1 marachino cherry

Directions

1. Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice,
cover and shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass. Add 1 cup ice, fill with club
soda, and stir.
2. Garnish with slice of orange and lemon and a maraschino cherry.

Georgia Sunset
Ingredients:

1 jigger brandy
1 jigger peach schanapps
1 jigger grenadine syrup
1 jigger lemon lime
1 jigger soda

Directions
1. In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine brandy,
peach schnapps and grenadine. Shake vigorously
and strain into a glass. Top with lemon-lime soda.

Strawberry Beer Margaritas


Ingredients:

1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and cut into chunks


12 fluid ounces white tequila

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle light beer

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed

ice, or as needed

1 teaspoon kosher salt for rimming glasses (optional)

Add all ingredients to list

Directions
1. Put strawberry chunks in a bowl. Pour tequila over strawberries. Marinate in refrigerator
for 2 hours.
2. Blend strawberries and tequila in a blender until fully pureed; strain into a large pitcher to
remove seeds.
3. Stir strained berry mixture, soda, beer, and limeade concentrate together in a pitcher. Add
ice cubes to chill. Rim glasses with salt before pouring margaritas.
