    Dear Mr. Kashif ,
    We bring in your attention that it has been observed in a surveillance camera you
    were sleeping on November 25th at 11pm , which is your working hours. You have
    also been found ignoring the paperwork which led to misplacing several parcels and
    got late in deliveries which was supposed to be there a day before.

    We consider it as serious unethical behavior in this company . We are warning you


    for the final time if your behavior havent improved in future then you will left us no
    choice but to fire you as you also need to lookafter the warehouse. We pay good
    salaries and in return we expect good performances.

    We hope this memo will bring a change in you and to avoid future complications .
    You have been valuable employee for five years and that never happened before ,
    you may feel free to contact us if you have anything to clear in this regard .
