Shutesbury resident Michael Hootstein has filed another Open Meeting Law complaint seeking to overturn the 5-3 vote of Regional School Committee to pay off Superintendent Maria Geryk with $309,000 in taxpayer money.
In addition he asks the Attorney General to fine RSC Chair Laura Kent and Amherst School Committee Chair Katherine Appy $1,000 for intentionally violating the Open Meeting Law.
