Subject: Fw: Requested change in fencing height for J-2
Date: Sunday, January 20, 2008 9:17:43 AM
Importance: High

(b)(5),(b)(6)

But enough of my soothsaying...are we building other 15 foot high on either side of this J-2 or is that
already built (bollard?). I am just trying to get it straight, why it could be a supply chain issue.

Thanks for all of the quick turn around info as always. We will do everything we can.

All

Please review & comment on the requested change to the scope of J2 (see attached change order
request). Specifically, we need to try to develop a consensus as to whether or not to recommend
approval of the requested change to Loren. Your analysis should primarily be related to your area of
expertise (e.g. (b) -will this change adversely effect the supply chain contract with Boeing?). Please
provide me your (6)feedback by COB Friday.
Thanks all

All,

You can see from the string of e-mails that (b) (6) requested we send this User End
Change Request directly to them. Not exactly sure who this should go to at the D.C. level so I sent it
to both (b) (6)

The Change Control Manager should assign tracking numbers so they are unique and sequential.

Please have the station submit this to us. It should come from them. It's ok if you fill out the
paperwork but the request should come from the station per Loren Flossman. Make sure there is a
tracking number on this as well.

Thanks,(b)

Please see the attached user-end change request to reduce the height of the fence from the intended
18 foot height to 15 feet high as requested by the Santa Teresa Station.

As before, I have pointed out that the change is not automatic and subjected to approval.
