PER CURIAM:
Timothy Graham seeks to appeal the district courts
orders dismissing his 28 U.S.C. 2255 (2000) motion, entered
April 20, 2005, and denying his Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e) motion,
entered May 12, 2005.
On
remand, the district court found Graham did not satisfy these
requirements.
434 U.S. 257, 264 (1978) (quoting United States v. Robinson, 361
U.S. 220, 229 (1960)).
The district courts order denying Grahams Rule 59(e)
motion was entered on the docket on May 12, 2005.
