    The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit dismissed an appeal from John Paul Turner of a district court ruling. The district court had dismissed Turner's complaint against President Obama and a county official under a statute that allows for dismissal of frivolous lawsuits. The appeals court reviewed the record and found Turner's appeal to also be frivolous, so they dismissed the appeal for the same reasons provided by the district court in its rulings dismissing the complaint and denying reconsideration.

    John Paul Turner appeals the district courts orders
    dismissing his complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) (2006)
    and denying his motion for reconsideration.

    We have reviewed

    the record and find that this appeal is frivolous.

    Accordingly,

    we dismiss the appeal for the reasons stated by the district


    court.
