Turner v. US Dept Agriculture, 4th Cir. (1997)
Turner v. US Dept Agriculture, 4th Cir. (1997)
No. 97-2032
No. 97-2210
Appeals from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. Samuel G. Wilson, Chief District
Judge. (CA-97-429-R)
Submitted:
Decided:
December 9, 1997
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals the district court's orders denying relief
on his Bivens* complaint and denying his motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and the district court's orders
and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Turner v. United States Dep't of
Agric., No. CA-97-429-R (W.D. Va. June 30 and Aug. 27, 1997). We
dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions
are adequately presented in the materials before the court and
argument would not aid the decisional process.
