    John Fogg appeals the district courts orders denying

    sentence

    3582(c)(2) (2006) and subsequent motion for reconsideration.


    We

    reviewed

    and

    find

    no

    reversible

    error.

    Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district


    court.
