Bethea v. Scott, 4th Cir. (1996)
Bethea v. Scott, 4th Cir. (1996)
No. 95-7633
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of
South Carolina, at Charleston. Falcon B. Hawkins, Chief District
Judge. (CA-95-1892-2-1AJ)
Submitted:
Decided:
Joseph Crouch
PER CURIAM:
Appellants appeal from the district court's order denying
relief on their 42 U.S.C. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed
the record and the district court's opinion accepting the magistrate judge's recommendation and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Bethea v.
Scott, No. CA-95-1892-2-1AJ (D.S.C. Sept. 28, 1995). We dispense
with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument
would not aid the decisional process.
