    PER CURIAM:
    Linval A. Blair appeals the district courts order granting
    summary judgment to his former employer and dismissing his employment discrimination complaint. We have reviewed the record and
    the district courts opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm substantially on the reasoning of the district
    court.

    We dispense with oral argument because
