PER CURIAM:
Samuel Ojo Adetiba seeks to appeal his criminal conviction and sentence.
Adetiba noted his appeal of his convictions outside the tenday appeal period
DISMISSED.
Adetiba's allegation that his trial counsel failed to perfect a timely appeal could,
if true, provide the basis for a collateral attack on his conviction. See United
States v. Reyes, 759 F.2d 351, 353 (4th Cir.), cert. denied, 474 U.S. 857 (1985)
