No. 99-7555
BURNARD HUNTER,
Plaintiff - Appellant,
versus
ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF
VIRGINIA, in his individual and official
capacities,
Defendant - Appellee.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. Jackson L. Kiser, Senior District
Judge. (CA-99-689-7)
Submitted:
Decided:
PER CURIAM:
Burnard Hunter appeals the district courts order dismissing
without prejudice his 42 U.S.C.A. 1983 (West Supp. 1999) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district courts opinion and find no reversible error.
We dispense
with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument
would not aid the decisional process.
