PREAMBLE
We the officers and the members of the College of Health Community Service Society (CCSS),
establish an organization that shall embrace the ideals and aspirations required in strengthening a
community and contributes to the welfare of its residents. Working together with the community
population will develop unity, cooperation and understanding in all approved activities that will
benefit the community participants with the aid of Father Almighty, do ordain and establish this
constitution and By-Laws.
ARTICLE I
Section 1. The organization is hereby organized is known as the College of Health Community
Service Society (CCSS).

Section 1. The members of the organization have the right to:

b. Participate actively in the different activities of the organization; and

Section 2. Officers should be elected the Duties and Responsibilities of the Officers.
Section 3. The following are the Duties and Responsibilities of the officers.
a. The President
1. Heads the organizational supervises the officers and the members.
2. Calls and presides over organizational meetings.
3. Represents organization in the inter-organizational conferences or assemblies; and
4. Performs other function as maybe prescribed by the adviser of the organization.
b. The Vice-President
1. Assists the President in the performance of his/her duties.
2. Takes over the responsibilities and functions of the President in his or her absences or
inability to perform actively.
3. Performs other function as maybe prescribed by the President or/and the Adviser of
the organization.
