Alexander v. Moore, 4th Cir. (1999)
Alexander v. Moore, 4th Cir. (1999)
No. 98-7037
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of
South Carolina, at Greenville. Henry M. Herlong, Jr., District
Judge. (CA-97-2598-6-20AK)
Submitted:
Decided:
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals the district courts order denying relief on
his 42 U.S.C.A. 1983 (West Supp. 1998) complaint.
We have re-
viewed the record and the district courts opinion accepting the
magistrate judges recommendation and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See
Alexander v. Moore, No. CA-97-2598-6-20AK (D.S.C. June 18, 1998).
We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court
and argument would not aid the decisional process.
