Who: ALL 6th - 12th Grade Band Members

7:15 am Load Bus

7:30 am Depart for Grand island

We will wear
our Pep Band Shirts,
khaki shorts and Tennis
shoes

9:30 am Arrive in Grand Island

Stop at Gas station for restroom break.
10:00 am Arrive at Fonner Park and Check in and warmup.
10:45 am Step off time ...
While on parade route, the Band will stop in
front of the Exhibition Building and Food Pod 3
and perform for 4-5 minutes.
After we finish with parade we will put instrument back on bus and
enjoy the Midway
4:00 pm Load bus for departure
4:30 pm Depart for Home
7:00 pm approx. arrive in Cedar Bluffs and unload bus

This year we will be taking sponsors along with us to the State Fair.
Middle school Students will be placed in groups of 4-6 and assigned
a parent. Parents are welcome to ride the bus with the students or
drive down their own vehicle.
