Vaginal Birth
At this time, many pregnant women want to give birth with
caesarean section.

They have various reasons, like unpainful, older

moms, preference of mother and doctor, multiple births, and the treat of
malpractice.
Well, if supposed I will give birth to my first child, I would prefer a
normal vaginal birth because some reasons. Caesarean section will bring
more harm than good, for baby and me later. With a normal delivery, then
baby come when he is ready, I will know that my first child is ready to be
born in that its lungs and other major developments have finished
maturing and my baby is able to survive without any medical
interventions. Then, lowered risk of respiratory problems, babies receive
protective bacteria, no scar risk in future births, lower maternal mortality,
strong relationship , and of course quick recovery & shorter hospital stay, I
dont want stay for a long time in hospital, the recovery time for a vaginal
delivery is much shorter than with a C-section.
Actually, my choice will depends on the condition of my baby and
me. If its impossible to do the vaginal birth, so, I will do C-section.
Although, it have a higher risk of complications after a caesarean.
So, I have to consider that a C-section, although increasingly
frequent, is not the normal way of giving birth and it is also a major
surgery. All surgeries have risks of complications, including c-sections.
Later, I hope I will have a healthy birth and a happy healthy baby.
