WVEA ENDORSES HUNT IN GENERAL ELECTION

CHARLESTON, WV The West Virginia Education Association (WVEA) PAC
announced today it is endorsing Congressional candidate for West Virginias Second
District, Mark Hunt, in the general election.
WVEA Executive Director, David Haney, says Mark is dedicated and committed to the
future of our State and the assurance that West Virginias education professionals will
help shape public education in the future.
Mark has a proven record on education and its one of his top priorities, said Haney.
We need a Congressman with knowledge and experience, and one who we know will
fight to improve education programs in the future.
The WVEA advocates for over 13,000 teachers, school professionals, retirees, and
college students preparing to become teachers. Hunt says hes honored to have the
support of this dedicated organization thats on the front lines fighting for and protecting
our children and its members daily.
Ive always fought to help all West Virginians, because thats what being a public
servant is all about, said Hunt. The issues facing West Virginia demand experience and
bold leadership, not a D.C. insider and absentee Congressman that spends taxpayers
money on re-election efforts and exotic vacations. As your Congressman, I will always
put the people I represent first.
