"I remember playing air hockey one time, and we were going back and forth.

I play
air hockey on the side as opposed to the end of the table because its more acces
sible for me to really understand whats happening. He said, Oh, youre cheating. And
I said, Aw, Im not cheating, come on. And we went on and on for hours, just playing
air hockey and being silly. He had a childlike heart. And that was very, very i
mpressive to me. At the end of the day, were all human beings, and for those who
cant see that it is possible for a man whos an adult to have a childlike spirit, i
t doesnt mean that theyre weird, it doesnt mean theyre a freak or whatever ridiculou
s things people say. We have all kinds of people in the world. The most importan
t thing is that your heart is in a good place."

Jones reveals that upon seeing his work, the King of Pop grabbed his hand and sk
ipped a block s length with him!
"It was like we were little kids," remembers Jones, who was devastated by Jackso
n s recent death. "It was just fantastic. When we were there, they treated us li
ke kings and queens. Neverland is designed to make you feel like you don t have
any responsibilities. Michael would go up in this tree and write poetry," Jones
recalls. "In the day, he d be sitting over in the tree, and he d be just Michael

He wasnt the demanding type, but more of a little kid that wanted things immediate
ly. We had crews working all hours of the day, and you could tell Michael was so
excited. He put pressure on me, but it was a different kind of pressure, a fun
pressure, Urquidez said.

You became friends?
Yes he was very sweet and shy. He invited me to lunch in his trailer, where he us
ed to enjoy himself watching cartoons on TV. In some ways he was, in fact, like
a child, only physically grown up, a real Peter Pan, introverted but also eccent
ric, electrifying, he wound up incredibly in front of the audience.

One of my favorite memories of this day was playing video games in the arcade wi
th Michael, Nick and Aaron Carter and Rodney Jerkins. Seeing the pure joy that M
ichael was able to have while playing those games, inspired me to try to always
have a childs heart. His childlike spirit was infectious.

The first day of rehearsals for Michaels 30th-anniversary celebration everyone was
terrified. When he came in to watch the choreography I had made for him, I said
, OK, you can sit over here. I looked over, and my son had put some candy and a pi
cture he drew of Michael on his chair. I apologized, My son must have done that. M
ichael fell on the floor laughinghe was literally rolling.

He said, Show me some dance moves to my son. It broke the ice, so the dancers were
nt so afraid. He couldve been a diva but he was nice to everyone. Thats what I reme
mber mosthis childlike spirit.

I was on my way to my bed around midnight, and there he is, Michael was in the h
all. We talked for couple of minutes and he started asking me about the history
of Germany. He was fascinated by the fact that Richard Wagner and king Ludwig II
were homosexuals and probably have had relationship. He asked me innocent, like
a child : You mean they were dating? We laughed at that pretty much.

Q: When you sat down you started to tell us that Michael was kind of a little bo
y in many ways.
A: Very much so. I was suprised. I remember one night we were at his house in hi
s bedroom when he was very depressed. I said Michael what s the problem?
He said Muscles ran away. I said he didn t run away he will show up when he gets
hungry he ll come back. He says no he ran away he was very depressed.
Couple of days later Muscles resurfaced when he was hungry.

They tried to run this guy under the bus. What people failed to realize is, he w
as a child trapped in an adults body. And it was not a bad thing. Children are in
nocent to the world. He kept that love and that innocence within him.
He was a simple, humble guy who loved people the way God said we should love eac
h other. For all the money he had, he was a very humble person.

JONES: I m not making any excuses. He was so wonderful. He was a big kid. He rea

that age, he just was like me but taller and very much more talented. "

"IN AUGUST 1999, MICHAEL STARTED WORK ON HIS NEW album, which would become Invin
cible, in New York City. He rented a town house on the Upper East Side, on Seven
ty-fourth Street. As Michael had done with his Hideaway in Culver City, we trans
formed that Upper East Side town house into a mini- Neverland. Michael wanted to
create an environment where he felt comfortable, and he felt most comfortable w
hen he was being a kid. So up on the fifth floor was a game room, with video gam
es, a pool table, a movie projector, a popcorn machine, and a fully stocked cand
y counter. Michael asked for some mannequins, which I picked out at showrooms. T
hey were delivered, assembled, and dressed in sportswear. We posed them around t
he first floor. To keep them company, there was a life-size Batman from Sharper
Image standing in the middle of the room. "

When George Folseys son, Ryan, 13, accompanied his father to meetings at the Jack
son home, Michael behaved like a kid who was bored hanging out with the adults,
jumping up to show Ryan around. They would feed the llamas, play the video game
Frogger, and drive toy Model Ts around the grounds. Michael was 25, but Id say that
he was 13, says Ryan. Mentally, he was 12 to 15 years behind. He could relate to
me because he was my age.

I do NOT believe that Michael did anything untoward to not only his children, bu

omeone who was capable of doing what they accused him of doing.

But off stage he was a child, permanently damaged by his abusive father and was a
lways seeking the childhood that had been denied him. Was Michael normal? Absolu
tely not. But did he abuse children? Never. There was an innocence about Michael
but also an ignorance. He loved children because they were the only ones who ne
ver took advantage of him.

I think he s really Peter Pan, said Mr. Peters. He is this constant dichot
omy of man and child. He can run corporations and tell record companies what he
wants, and then he can sit in a trailer and play Hearts for hours with a friend
who is 12 years old. He loves fantasy, and when he writes about real life it s a

role for him, a fantasy - he sees it from his bubble.

Even Jordan Chandler in one of his rare honest moments when he was not trying t
o recite the bogus molestation
story his bipolar extortionist wannabe screenwriter father wrote, described who
MJ truly was and how he behaved in his presence:
Dr: Gardner: "It sounds to me, from what you re describing, he was functioning
very much as a child."
Chandler:
"That s what he believed he was."
Dr: Gardner:
"You say, psychologically, he believed he was a child? When you
were with him - you
described the video games - he would play with you child games. Did he ever giv
e any
explanation as to why he did that?"
Chandler:
"Because he s, like, when he was young, like my age, his father w
ould continuously make
him work, and like, his father would like beat him and stuff, and he s trying t
o relive what he didn t
have as a young boy. Peter Pan is his idol."
Dr: Gardner:
"Why is that?"
Chandler:
"Because Peter Pan is forever young, and he goes on adventures and
stuff.
Dr. Gardner: He could relive all the experiences he didn t have, but what about

the sexual part. How does that fit into reliving? Did he say he had sexual expe
riences of any kind as a child with some older person?"
Chandler:
"No, not that I know of."

Dr. Gardner saw through Chandler no wonder that his assessement was never publis
hed by the Chandlers.
If Gardner had concluded that Jordan was telling the truth you can bet his profe
ssional report would have been all over the media.
The Chandlers would have leaked it to Dimond or Orth or any of the other anti-Ja
ckson hacks. But Dr. Gardner s
repor was nowhere to be seen. Guess why?
Of course there is no explanation for the sexual part because there was no sexua
l part. That was invented by
his father and injected into the actual story of MJ being with Jordan like a bro
ther would be or a buddy not
as a lover or a molester.
