    Good morning!
    We are the ones in-charge of implementing the eNGAS and eBudget System.
    However, we are still calibrating the versions for local government units to make the
    systems compliant with the Philippine Public Sector Accounting Standards and the
    Revised Chart of Accounts for LGUs that was approved by the Commission Proper
    under COA Circular No. 2015-009 dated December 1, 2015. We will be pilot testing
    the enhanced versions by early September and hopefully, we will be able to
    upgrade the present installations in some LGUs after the pilot-test.
    Please advise your sibling to submit request to us so we can proceed with the
    evaluation of their readiness to implement the enhanced versions as to IT
    infrastructure, data and personnel. If the province is found ready, we will include it
    in our list of priorities. FYI, there are already a number of LGUs in our list as of now.
