United States v. Bruce, 4th Cir. (1999)
United States v. Bruce, 4th Cir. (1999)
No. 98-7558
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western
District of Virginia, at Roanoke. James C. Turk, District Judge.
(CR-94-61, CA-98-39-R)
Submitted:
Decided:
Before NIEMEYER and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges, and HALL, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant Robert Lee Bruce, Jr., seeks to appeal the district
courts orders denying his motion filed under 28 U.S.C.A. 2255
(West 1994 & Supp. 1998) and his motion for reconsideration.
We
have reviewed the record and the district courts memorandum opinion and orders and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we deny
a certificate of appealability and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court.
We dispense
with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument
would not aid the decisional process.
