discretion in determining that the probative value of the prior convictions was not substantially outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice under Rule 403, and note that the district court gave the jury two
thorough limiting instructions. Accordingly, finding no error in the
admission of these prior convictions, we affirm. We dispense with
oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately
presented in the materials before the court and argument would not
aid the decisional process.
