Irvin Jefferson Wilson appeals the district courts order dismissing his 42 U.S.C.A. 1983 (West Supp. 2000) action.
We have
reviewed the record and the district courts opinion accepting the
magistrate judges recommendation and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See
Wilson v. South Carolina Dept of Probation, No. CA-99-3132-6-18AK
Mar. 23, 2000).*
