United States v. Jackson, 4th Cir. (1997)
No. 97-6756
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of
South Carolina, at Charleston. David C. Norton, District Judge.
(CR-94-589)
Submitted:
Decided:
October 8, 1997
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals the district court's order denying his
motion to dismiss his indictment for lack of jurisdiction. We have
reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no
reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the
district court. United States v. Jackson, No. CR-94-589 (D.S.C.
May 8, 1997). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and
legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before
the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
