We write you on behalf of our client Mr. Jose Cruz in relation to
your outstanding balance of TEN MILLION PESOS (10 000 000php)
arising from the contract dated January 1, 2016.
If you will recall you entered in a contract of loan last January 1,
2016 with our client Mr. Jose Cruz with the amount of TEN MILLION
PESOS (10 000 000 php) and you agreed that it will be payable in
one month as consideration and as inducement you issued as a
security BDO Check No. 1234 dated February 1, 2016 with the
amount of TEN MILLION PESOS (10 000 000 php) payable to Mr.
Jose Cruz.
When the amount is due on February 1, 2016 Mr. Cruz went to
discharge the check however, the check was dishonoured by
reason of ACCOUNT CLOSED of BDO ACC NO. 8888.
Our client suffered damages in relying on the false pretense that
the Check no. 1234 is a valid consideration for the amount due
last February 1, 2016.
Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle
the amount of Php 10 000 000 within FIFTEEN (15) days from
receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be constrained to file the
necessary legal action against you to protect the interest of our
client.
We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and
preferential attention to avoid the expense and inconvenience of
litigation.
