    extension of time to file an Answer. 21 C.F .R S 17.9(c).

    The request for an extension should be filed with the Departmental Appeals
    Board, Civil Remedies Division, 330 lndependence Ave., S.W., Cohen Building,
    Room G-6M (MS 6132),

    ATIN: FDA CMP, Washington, D.C. 202A1. The

    request must include both the FDA Docket Number and CRD Docket Number.
