Mr.

Salahovic has been assigned to Garden Cafe than later on transfered to Moderno during his
contract on board, where he did overall a very good job, meeting the most of the requierements.
For this period of time he managed to meet the time and attendance and to execute basic and
demanding tasks in timely manner and did show more urgency while executing his duties.
At Moderno he was serving the guests in a proper way, where he had good communication.
He showed energy and excitement and while carrying out his daily tasks.

Restaurant Waiter

Mr.Emir is on his rst contract and still in a process of learning but he is

also fast learning person.

Mr.Emir has been transfered to special restaurant Moderno for a trial and
taking bigger responsibility of designated stations which he does well.

Overall Score:

Mr.Salahovic seems to be very interested in learning new things but needs more
time as he is on his rst contract, he is still in process of adapting himself to the
operation.

He was alert, precise and very polite even though the restaurant was very.
He had been getting very good comments from the guests and we decided to
transfer him to a better working enviroment. Always arrived on time, he often
volunteered to cover the shifts of her colleagues when required.
On one particularly busy night, during which two other waiters were absent
he served a dozen tables alone, keeping every patron happy.
