PROFILE & STRENGTH

Highly motivated, dependable and qualified B.E (Mechanical Engineering) with experience of 6 years across
the Industry. Presently spearheading functions as Sr. Engineer (Project) with UB Engineering Ltd,
Anchoring erection & commissioning of machines & equipments and ensuring completion of project in
minimum turnaround time effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
In-depth knowledge in the erection of Boilers & Structure, Boiler Steam Drum, Pressure Parts & Non
Pressure Parts, blower ,blower piping Ldo&Hfo piping, FOPH, Fuel Storage Systems, Auxiliaries, Equipment

Preparing layouts for project as per the process, material flow needs and foreseeing performance bottlenecks

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling all erection & commissioning activities of 2*250 MW Boiler pressure part, piping, pressure
part & structure, Ducting system and cyclone in boiler area
Handling all erection activities of 5*660 MW Boiler pressure part, piping, non-pressure part & structure,.
Erection of boiler (High pressure piping) handling supervisor and fitters for pipeline fitting, their support
fitting, checking the elevation, position and alignment of piping.
Responsible for timely completion of Erection and Execution of Boiler Structure & Boiler auxiliaries.
Organizing material and resource planning at site for erection work in Boiler and auxiliary.
Erection & Execution of Boiler structure& pressure part, Ducting. Alignment checking of Boiler structure&
pressure part, Ducting.
Preparation of Pressure Parts Arrangement drawing of Boiler as per Contract Data Sheet received from
proposal dept, after confirming the requirements as per customer/consultant technical specification with
purchase orders.

Time management and coordination with team members and release of fabrication drawings as per
scheduled date.
Regular monitoring of project schedule and implementation of remedial measures for likely delays.
Monitoring the contractual obligation of contractor and owner and releasing scope change orders through
proposal team.
Maintaining daily log book of critical events to serve as a documentary evidence for future reference.
Attending meeting with the contractor on regular intervals to extracts commitments from them to
complete the activity as per schedule and report their achievement and shortfalls to the manger.
Assessing drawing and planning pre-assembly, erection sequences and quality procedures accordingly
Supervising erection sequences to meet daily and monthly targets & generating working front for both the
erection and welding joints for a healthy daily progress
Comprehending material description and making proper arrangements so as to carryout proper QC
measures
Evaluating and assimilating all key elements related to contractual scope of the Customers/ Consultants
specification n so that these gets covered in the mechanical contracts developed for execution
Spearheaded site activities with the construction manager for completing erection & commissioning on time
Provide coordination of the project to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the technical
scope requirements, and also with client requirement.
Report on overall progress and any significant issues, to ensure timely resolution of problems.
Preparing all bar charts, work programs and all site activities should be in accordance with the Project
Execution and Quality Plan.
