Sub: Accommodation for Volunteers from 1st-9thAugust 2016
We are happy to share with you that the 8th Hindu Spiritual and Service Fair 2016 will be held
at A M Jain College Grounds, Meenambakkam, Chennai from 2nd -8th August 2016.
The Chennai fairs have gained success and became an all India movement. Fairs are
conducted in many States outside Tamil Nadu with pomp.
Like in previous years, this fair attracted more than 300 huge and small organizations in
around Chennai and outside Chennai.
The fair is based on the two core themes
1. Atmano Mokshartham Jagat Hitaya Chaa
2. Isavasyam Idam Sarvam
As many of the organizations are from outside Chennai the stall manning volunteers need to
be accommodated by the organisers as a part of hospitality. Previously we could
accommodate them in the same premises of the fair. Due to the new constructions and
expansion of the college activities, we lost the privilege of accommodating the volunteers in
the fair premises. Therefore, we are approaching you with a request to accommodate
volunteers in your premises as your contribution towards services to the sevaks.
