My KPI's :1. Oversee the construction project from start to finish.

2. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, identification of resources
needed.
3. Create the teams, develop the objective goals of each and assign the individual
responsibilities.
4. Project accounting function including managing the budgets tracing if team
expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
5. Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermining schedule.
6. Devise the project work plan and make revision as when needed arises.
7. Communicate effectively with contractors responsible for completing various
phases of the projects.
8. Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project which include the
architects, consultants, contractors, sup-constructors and laborers.
9. Monitor the progress of the construction activities on regular basis and hold
regular status meetings with all sub-teams.
10. Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary and guidelines, quality and safety
standard.
11. Periodic inspection of construction sites.
12. Ensure project documents are complete.
13. Identify the element of project design and construction likely to give rise to
disputes and claim.
14. Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the
team before passing onto client.
15. Full supervision and control over the operation of the workers and technicians
projects.
16. Preparing extracts for projects, review the project plans and work to implement
