GPS Complaint Letter

Guardian Property Services, L.L.C. located 1423 Grandview Ave Papillion, NE 68046,
I have come to find out are very "DECEPTIVE" in there practice. Let me Explain:
February 12, 2016, I "DISPUTED" A Notice to Cure and Acceleration letter I received
from Guardian Property Services with A WRIT IN THE NATURE OF DISCOVERY AND
DISCLOSURE. Asking for "SPECIFIC" information regarding my Mortgage Loan
Account, as to which I have not received up until this very distressed moment. The
main item that Guardian Property Services has not sent to me & seems to me "May
Not Have" OR " Might Not want to show me (for some odd reason?) ARE My Account
Records starting from My Down Payment Date of (4/4/2011) or MAY, JUNE / 2011 to
2013 payment records?? The Account Records the have sent me continue to Start in
July 1st of 2013??? That's COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT & INACCURATE!!! I have
requested this information 3x!! Once verbally, & twice by mail now, And That is
what makes me to believe that something Very Fishy is going on ..Because
Everything in Mortgage Contract should be Transparent to the "Borrower " no matter
what! Period.! I only inquired about the information to make sure that all the
"Funds" for My Account were "Allocated Correctly". So I could have Paid the Loan
Off. So OBVIOUSLY THERE IS A PROBLEM! Now they have filed an Actual Notice Of
Default in the Douglas County Records Office against My Property! And Have Not
responded to me correctly at all! LOOKS LIKE WHAT THEY ARE PLANNING TO DO OR
IF NOT HAVE DONE ALREADY, IS TO COLLECT ON THE "DEFAULT INSURANCES" that
ALL FHA-INSURED homes Loans have because of The Housing Act of 1948 (HR
6959-Public Law No. 901) which in turn they will receive the Par Value for the Home
Loan. Then come after my "Real Property" After Receiving the Par Value for the
Home Loan ,then TRY to Foreclosure on me And Turn around Sell the Home Again
and MAKE A ENORMOUS PROFITS FOR THEMSELVES! and leave the Man/Woman
&Child in the cold. Sadface :(
NOT-ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!! That is Criminal!
